I had a lot of fun talking with Todd Pratt, a former Track & Field teammate of mine from Texas A&M University.

Todd now owns 7Athlete after spending time as a strength and conditioning coach for Texas A&M University, the Seattle Seahawks, and many other athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, USSA, NCAA, LE, US military, etc.

Todd talks about the unique system that he has developed, 7Athlete, that focuses on movement to improve your body's function. This system is great for anyone with a body, not just athletes. Todd shares his passion for helping military and law enforcement officers reach their physical potential. We also talk about the mindset differences between those with talent that should be successful compared to those with grit and desire that have the mindset to be successful.
