We all get stuck at different points during our lives, where we want o move forward towards our goals but just can't seem to find the way. When we are running, the only way to move forward is to keep getting our feet to the ground. I share how that translates to life in this episode.

Pushing off the ground is how we move forward when we are running. To get faster, or sometimes just to keep going, we have to get our feet back to the ground and push off again. This is true of our lives as well, we have to keep moving through the steps in front of us if we are going to reach our goals.
