There are a lot of things in this world that can distract us from what we want to achieve. Learning how to breathe properly can have dramatic effects on our focus, stress relief, and overall health.
Using breath work as a technique to calm our nervous system can have massive benefits to our overall health. This is helpful both in the moment of great stress but also has a compounding effect when we intentionally practice proper breathing on a daily basis.
