Physical therapists are often an overlooked piece of a long-term healthy lifestyle plan. With injuries being almost unavoidable as we go through life, Ann shares with us why we should be looking at our PT as a key piece of our health tool belt. Whether it's helping overcome chronic muscle, joint, or balance issues or addressing that acute injury we sustained while living life, a physical therapist is vital to helping our body recover quickly. This prevents long term complications.

We also discuss how to prepare for activities that involve movements that may not be typical in our daily lives.
